The Oceanside High School Foundation wishes to thank all of our generous scholarship sponsors. Oceanside High School Foundation is a 503(c) charity and all donations are tax-deductible.
This scholarship is given on behalf of Mr. Mensching and his wife, a US Marine and WWII POW, who later became a prominent banker and successful businessman.
This scholarship was set up and continues to be funded by an anonymous donor from the OHS Class of 1970, who generously donates annually on behalf of four individuals who have had a significant impact on his life. He wishes to continue the legacy of these individuals through offering annual scholarships to assist graduating Seniors continue their post-secondary education.
