Mark your calendars now for this year’s All Class Reunion…
Classes are welcome to come on Saturday, June 24th from 9 am to noon to set up their canopies. You will not want to miss it! (We traditionally hold the All Class Reunion the Sunday after Father’s Day each year.) Many classes host their class reunions this same weekend to be able to incorporate the All Class Reunion into their plans… Great idea! Each year, the class that is celebrating their 50th reunion has the "honor" to set up in the central gazebo at the park. The All-Class Reunion is open to all.... See you there!
The OHS Foundation is requesting a $2 entrance fee ($1 to the OHS Foundation and $1 to Heritage Park).
Bring tables, chairs, canopies, food (but no alcohol is allowed in Heritage Park per the City's regulations). The Class of 1969 will be offering a delicious BBQ for donations.
Also this same weekend on Saturday, June 24th at 10 is the Independence Day Parade. A local tradition since 1892, the Oceanside Independence Parade is returning to Downtown Oceanside. Come see floats, bands, walking groups, vintage cars and more go by on Coast Highway from Wisconsin Avenue north to Civic Center Drive just past City Hall. This year's theme is once again "Hometown Heroes."
