We’re excited to welcome you back to campus for our 2026 OHS All Class Reunion! Below are answers to the most commonly asked questions to help you plan for a fun and successful day.

What time can we start setting up and where?    

• Set-up begins on Sunday, June 28^th at 8:30 AM. (no Saturday set-up)  
• Reunion set up will be on the grass field directly west of John Simcox field.  The same location as last year. We will have signs directing you to the location and where to set up your canopies and tables.

What should we bring?

Please bring everything you’ll need for the day, including:

• Canopy (shade is highly recommended!)
• Tables and chairs
• Food, drinks, ice, decorations, etc.
• Wagons or carts to help carry supplies
• Any other items that make transporting easier
  

Since the weather is typically warm this time of year, we also suggest:

• Sun hats
• Sunscreen
• Plenty of water

Will there be shaded areas provided?  

No. There is no shaded area, so please bring your own canopy.

Where will the reunion be located?  

We will be in the same location as last year: the grassy area between the football stadium and the softball fields. See the diagram below.

Where should we park?  

Both the Mission Avenue and Center Street parking lots will be available with ample parks.  Sufficient handicap parking is located in front of the Performing Arts Center. (Must have a valid handicap sticker to park in these handicapped spots.) All parking lots have easy access to the reunion area.

We will have help to get you to your picnic area.

Will there be designated class areas?  

Yes! Areas will be designated and posted by decades.  The class celebrating its 50th reunion will have a special spot in the center of the event.

Will there be food available?  

Yes!!

Cash and credit cards accepted. A portion of the proceeds will come back directly to the OHS Foundation

Is alcohol allowed?  

No. Alcohol is prohibited, as we will be on the OHS campus.

Can I bring my dog? 

‍No pets will be allowed on the campus.

Will there be a donation requested at entry?  

Yes. Due to increased costs associated with renting the school facility (including required custodial services and security), we are requesting a $5 donation, just as we did last year.   

Will we be able to see more of the campus? 

‍Yes, but all of the buildings will not be open during the day, therefore, we will have one guided campus tour at 11:30 (inside the gym, Senior Hall and Archives in the Library, as well as other outside areas).

What other activities are planned?

‍Remember the class cheer competition we used to have at assemblies?  We’ll have some games available for you to have some fun class competition!  Let’s see if your class can still compete! 

What Can We Do to Help?

• Opportunity Drawing Baskets
  We will have an Opportunity Drawing, and we are asking each class to donate a gift basket to be awarded during the day. If your class brings a gift basket for the Opportunity Drawing, keep in mind chocolates and candles will melt in the heat!  We will have the Opportunity Drawing at 1 pm, so please bring your gift baskets to the foundation table by 11am.

Anything else we should know?  

• Help Available: Because the reunion area is a farther walk than when we were at Heritage Park, we will have OHS students available all day to help guests transport heavy items to and from vehicles.
• No electrical outlets will be available. 
• We will have plenty of handicapped parking available, and students and carts will be ready to assist anyone needing help getting to and from the event.

We can’t wait to see Pirates from every decade back on campus for a day of memories, reconnecting, and Pirate pride!
