Scholarship Winner

Sophie has long felt a calling to pursue a career in the medical field, and her four years in the Health Careers Academy at OHS have strengthened that commitment. Her long-term goal is to work with children as a pediatric nurse. Serving as an OHS Athletic Training Aid Intern has provided her with valuable hands-on experience, helping her gain the confidence and reassurance that she is prepared for the challenges of a nursing career. She plans to attend MiraCosta College in the fall to begin her educational journey.
